One Pot Pork Chops
Submitted by: PJ G.
"It seems like every week my life gets more and
more hectic and crazy. My New Year's resolution was to start eating
at home more than at McD's. That meant finding some great one dish recipes
that were simple to make. Here's one of them! "
Ingredients:
7 pork chops
2/3 cup of water
6-8 small potatoes
6-8 carrots, split lengthwise and cut into 2" pieces (50 mm)
1 1/2 cans of tomato soup
2 tsp. worchestire sauce
1 tsp. salt
oil
Directions:
In a saucepan, brown the pork chops in just enough oil to coat the
pan. Drain away the grease.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes
or until the vegetables are tender.
Eat how you like on a great big chuck on fire side bread or at home
on a plate.
