Fresh Trout Stuffed With Feta

Ingredients

4 X 250g ñ 200g de-boned rainbow trout

40ml fresh lemon juice

80ml butter

Salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Feta cheese

Method

Clean and wash trout thoroughly. Salt and pepper each trout. Place the Feta into the cavity. Close and pack the trout into an ovenproof dish. Place the lemon juice and butter on top of the trout

Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes at 180-Degree Celsius
