Quick Health Bread

4 x 250ml Nutty Wheat
5ml salt
10g instant dry yeast (1 sachet)
15ml sesame seeds
15ml poppy seeds
30ml sunflower seeds
500ml lukewarm water
30ml cooking oil
30ml honey or syrup
seeds or oats for topping

Sift flour and salt together. Add bran left in sieve, yeast and seeds.

Combine water, oil and honey and add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Spoon into a well-greased 23 cm loaf tin; sprinkle with seeds. Cover lightly with a damp towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 c (400 f) for 40-50 minutes.
