Fish in Beer Batter
250ml self-raising Flour
Sift flour and salt. Add dried herbs oil and beer
Coat fish with extra flour, dip into batter, and fry in shallow oil. Drain on paper towel.
Serve with Tartare Sauce and home made Health Bread and butter (see index for bread recipes)
Mix all infredients together well, cover and chill in fridge until ready to serve
